The only personally identifiable information which we gather and reference, is what you choose to share with us, through our “Contact Us” page, or by applying for a loan, or pre-qualification, or pre-approval letter, through our loan application portal.
Contact Us Page
If you reach us through our Contact Us page, we capture all information which you have explicitly entered in the provided fields, so that we may respond to you.
We keep your provided information indefinitely, unless you request that we purge such information. If asked to purge, the information will be purged within 72 hours from our contact records.
Our website software environment, which utilizes a well-established and recognized software industry product, will also capture your browser type (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.), your IP address, and your operating system type (Windows, Mac OS, etc.). However, we do not explicitly utilize this information for any purpose, other than statistical data.
Loan Application
We capture any information provided as part of applying for a loan, through our third-party loan origination software portal linked to our website. We only utilize highly reputable and well-known loan origination venders. This information is retained at a minimum for the period required by government regulations. This information is kept in the vender’s servers, as well as MP’s computers and databases.

We use personally identifiable information for our own internal purposes only, such as interacting with you regarding your loan, informing you about any products or services which we may feel might be of interest to you. We also reserve the right to disclose your information as required by law or regulatory agencies. We do not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone or any entity, unless as described in this paragraph.

Our website uses well-known security protocols to keep your information confidential. We cannot guarantee that our methods would meet everyone’s expectations, but they are and will continue to be reasonably accepted commercial tools and methods.
